As part of Girl Empowerment Mission 2023 at NTPC Auraiya, a session was conducted by Dr. Adhya Anchal, GDMO on the ‘Importance of Maintaining Personal Health and Hygiene’ on 25.05.23.
She started her session by first stressing on the meaning of hygiene and its importance for building a healthy lifestyle by interacting with students on brushing teeth twice, keeping nails short, having a bath daily, wearing clean clothes etc.
Then continuing her session on importance of washing hands, she demonstrated on ‘The 7 Steps of Washing Hands’ as per the guidelines of National Health Mission and how it can protect oneself and others from illness.
